Semkanisa JHIC

Semkanisa JHIC is a digital platform for SMKN 1 Surabaya (SMEAS JHIC), built as a decoupled stack: Next.js 16 + React 19 + Tailwind v4 frontend and Laravel 12 + MySQL + Sanctum API.

Architecture & Roles
Public SSR landing (17+ pages) via internal API, admin CMS (16 modules, Cloudinary uploads), student portal (NISN + birth-date auth), teacher portal (NIP + forced password change), throttling + file cache (proven 0x 5xx on 59k k6 requests), deployed via PM2 / Webuzo behind Apache.

• Public + CMS: 9 majors, news, achievements, teachers, facilities, alumni, partners, TeFa, LSP, PPDB, modules, 360° virtual tour — all migrated from hardcoded constants to paginated APIs.
• Student AI: Gemini chatbot (5 DB tools), weighted jurusan recommender, BKK matchmaker scoring, digital quiz bank (answer keys hidden on GET).
• AI Interview Simulator (my main contribution): 5-phase sessions on real job vacancies, Groq Whisper STT with turbo fallback + Edge TTS + face-api vision (calmness/focus/posture), Gemini rubric evaluation with radar chart + PDF export.
• Teacher + EWS: gradebook grid + weights + 2-phase CSV/Excel import + e-Rapor lock, daily attendance + 48h letter SLA, server-computed red/yellow/green flags, tiered referrals (subject teacher → homeroom → counseling) with audit timeline.
